The surprise package in Division Four continues to be Arriva, who now top the table with a 100% record, after a 4-1 win at Deanview. Arriva limped into 9th place in the Combination Division last season, but have so far defied the odds and expectations this time around.
Darland Athletic followed up last weeks victory over Riverview Rangers with another win, this time by 3-0 over Cuxton Autos, a result that lifts Darland to the bottom of a pack of 7 sides on 6 points, and Cuxton Autos to second from bottom.
Inter Gills Reserves joined Darland on 6 points with a win in another high scoring fixture, by coming out on top in a 9 goal thriller, in the process denying Deanwood the opportunity to go joint top of the division.
