Vine Inn completed their season with two home games within the space of five days.........

Hatfield were the visitors on Sunday and, despite scoring first through P. Blakely, the visitors took advantage of the home sides lack of concentration to score two goals on the break to gain the win.

Phil Cross-Swain received the man of the match.

On Thursday night, in wet and windy conditions, the visitors were White Lion who scored goals either side of the break.

The visitors had most of the possession and the home side had to battle very hard to stay in touch.

But overall, White Lion FC were the better side and congratulations to them on winning the title.

Gav Baxendale received the man of the match award, sponsored by Candeo Vision of East Drayton.

Many thanks to Candeo Vision for their support again, and yet again grateful thanks to the clubs main backer, Kenny Hunt at the Vine Inn.

The club would also like to express their gratitude to Brian Jackson for all his hard work at the teams Tiln Lane ground.
