Nomenclature and Constitution

AGREEMENT TO BE SIGNED
7. The Chairman and the Secretary of each Club shall complete and sign the following agreement which shall be deposited with the Competition together with the Application for Membership for the coming season, or upon indicating that the Club intends to compete.
We, (A),of (Chairman) and (B) of (Secretary) of the Football Club have been provided with a copy of the Rules and Regulations of the Leicestershire Church League/Cup Competition and do hereby agree for and on behalf of the said Club to conform to those Rules and Regulations and to accept, abide by and implement the decisions of the Management Committee of the Competition, subject to the right of appeal in accordance with Rule 16.
Any alteration of the Chairman and /or Secretary on the above Agreement must be notified to the Leicestershire & RutlandCounty Football Association to which the Club is affiliated and to the Secretary of the Competition.
(Note: The spaces above are intended for the inclusion of the signatures and addresses of officers and members).

The League requires that annual confirmation is obtained from the relevant Church Pastor or Christian Union President as follows; I/we confirm that XXXXXXXXXX FC plays under the blessing of this church/organisation. I/we confirm that we have commissioned ............................... to manage the team in accordance with the aims and objectives of the League and as an outreach ministry for this church. I/we also confirm that as a church / organisation, we undertake to support........................ in running the team and ensuring that it remains representative of the church/organisation and plays in a manner that is in accordance with the aims of the League. Finally, we will work with ................. to ensure that regular events are organised for the all the teams players to attend which will include an evangelistic content.
