Application for next season

If you are interested in joining the League, you need to let us know as soon as possible. The League currently has a few vacancies for next season. On that basis, provided that your club meets the necessary standards, it should have a good chance of being elected to the League.


Promotion and Relegation

The Management Committee made a preliminary decision about promotion and relegation for this season. The decision was reviewed at its meetings on 12th May and 22nd May to allow a formal recommendation to be put to the Annual General Meeting. The revised situation is as follows:

The League is delighted to announce that it has reached an agreement with its existing sponsors, Crown Fire Protection Ltd. of Dereham, to extend the present sponsorship deal for the League for a further five years

The Annual General Meeting for 2008 was held at Ketts Hall, Wymondham on Tuesday, 24th June. The meeting elected seven new teams to membership giving the League 55 competing teams for next season, one short of the highest number ever. The new teams are Breckland Wanderers, Castle Acre Swifts, Fakenham Town A, Hethersett Athletic, Methwold Rovers, Northwold Sports & Social Club and Shropham Utd. Res.
