Plough Inn F.C changes for 2007/8 season

Plough Inn F.C have applied to continue in the 2007 / 8 season under their new name EAST RETFORD F.C, Club Chairman Peter Jackson has worked hard all season trying to secure a sponsor for the club. They are awaiting a reply from E.ON who has shown an interest in the club. Club manager Mr Alun Keel found a sponsor in Grove Mill Snooker of Retford who bought the clubs new football kit and agreed to the grove mill been used as the new HQ.

Talks between club chairman and elkesley parish council brought about an agreement for the continued use of elkesley grounds for the forth coming season. We wish the new EAST RETFORD F.C all the very best for the future.
