New Whitts sensational form continued in division five as they beat Devonshire 3-2 to maintain their 100% start to the season and cruise into a nine point lead at the head of the division. This latest win came thanks to goals from Simon Wainwright, who scored twice and Anthony Robinson. In stark contrast to New Whitt, Barlow Kingston Rovers nightmare season got a whole lot worse as they conceded eleven goals in a game for the second time this season. Elmton Road Social were the tormentors this time with Dominic Toon hitting four of their goals, Richard Norman, three and Wayne Marseden, Greg Lowder, Mark Tyson and Gavin Steele, one each. Lee Clay was another striker in fine form in this division, his hat trick plus a goal from Steve Coates, earning Hasland Devonshire a 4-2 win over Creswell Rose and Crown.
