The East Lancashire League will have three representatives in round 3 as Hurst Green, Canberra and Enfield all progressed after three thrilling matches.

Hurst Green beat their rivals from Lancaster with a late Stuart Malley strike after TIC Dynamos had come from behind to lead at Smithy Row. Enfield also had a tough game as they visited Winstanley St Aidans and required an 89th minute John Haworth strike to send them through. Canberra needed extra time to progress as both sides went in level at 3-3 after normal time. Edenfield (Accrington Combination) scored first in extra time however two Peter Fletcher strikes during extra time sent them through.

Canberra face a tough home tie against Bolton Wyresdale from the Lancashire Amateur League, Hurst Green face Appley Bridge who lie top of the Preston and District League while Enfield travel to Wardle.

Ties to be played Saturday 17th October.

All fixtures and results can be found on the Lancashire Amateur Cup page.
