Twinwoods forward Ben Hannam has decided to bring an end to his career with the club by signing for Division one team Stevington FC.

Forward Ben Hannam has chosen to leave Twinwoods Thistle after two years with the club. As of this week he has followed previous Twinwoods manager Scott Hannam to Division one team Stevington FC.
Having finished last season as Twinwoods 2nd top goalscorer with six goals, Ben has decided it is time to move on to pastures new and go back to the position where many feel he is best suited playing. In the near future he will be pulling on the Stevington keepers jersey and hoping to pull off some camera pleasing saves.

In a brief press conference he said he had enjoyed thoroughly his two years at Twinwoods but felt at this stage in his career he needed to be playing at a higher level and doing what he does best, keeping goal. He also added he would be following Twinwoods results closely throughout the season and wished them every success for the up coming campaign.
