Fabio Capello could be looking at a few of the Darland AFC players. If he gets the England job.

The Italian is expected to fly to Gillingham for formal discussions - and talks could be wrapped up within days.

The ex-Real Madrid, Juventus, AC Milan and Roma coach has said he is keen to succeed Steve McClaren, and looking to strengthen his side with a few players from the Mighty Darland AFC.

There has been contact with Capello and there will be more, said Frank Columbell (Darland first team coach)

Capello has heard of Darlands 7 game unbeaten run, and seeks the motivation, drive and winning ways of the team and put to good use on the England squad.

The likes of Seany Wareham, Nick Cooper, Chesney and others have caught the eye of the Italian, and he will be watching from the sidelines this Sunday at Beechings Way as the Yellow Army play Rainham Eagles Reserves in the Junior Charity Trophy First Round.
