Barlow Quits As Manager Following 5-0 Defeat

Jon Barlow has quit as manager following yet another defeat, stating that players lack of commitment as the main reason for his decsion. This past week Jon has tried to get a squad together to play against Hurst Green, one of the biggest games of our season and despite the fact that our reserves had no game had to name himself as one of only 2 subs.

I for one will be sad to see Jonny go but if I was in his position I think I would have done the same. Its sad that players do not seem bothered about plaing anymore but that seems to be the case. Id like to thank Jon for all the hard work he has done for the club and wish him all the best shopping on his Saturday afternoons.

Enfield reserves manager will take over for this weeks game at Canberra and until a new man is appointed.
